Established in 1998, we design and manufacture outdoor lighting structures and luminaires for infrastructure that has to perform for decades.
Who we are
A manufacturer, not a trader
Phoenix Luminaries Pvt. Ltd. operates an integrated facility in Nagpur, Maharashtra, where structural design, steel fabrication, hot-dip galvanising and LED luminaire assembly all happen in-house.
That vertical integration is the point. It lets us hold tolerances, trace every heat of steel, control coating quality, and stand behind a single bill of materials-from the foundation bolt to the optic.

What we do in-house
Six disciplines under one roof, so a single team owns your project from calculation to commissioning.
Fabrication
CNC plate cutting, press braking, longitudinal & circumferential welding, machining.
Hot-dip galvanising
We have MOU’s with Tata,ERA and other best in business galvanisers.
Luminaire assembly
SMT-fed LED module assembly, driver integration, IP & thermal testing, burn-in.
Testing & QA
Coating thickness, salt-spray, load testing, LM-79/80 photometry, third-party at CPRI/ERDA.
Project support
Erection supervision, illumination testing, commissioning and after-sales spares.
Milestones
From workshop to 40-metre masts
- 1998
Founded as a pole fabrication workshop in Nagpur, supplying local municipalities.
- 2004
Commissioned in-house hot-dip galvanising kettle; began high mast manufacturing.
- 2011
ISO 9001 certification; first NHAI expressway lighting package delivered.
- 2016
Added LED luminaire assembly line with integrated photometry lab.
- 2020
ISO 14001 & 45001; mobile lighting tower and solar product lines launched.
- 2024
Exports to 14 countries; capacity expansion to 40 m masts and stadium structures.
